Kotao is one platform for the whole shop — POS, PMS, CRM, ERP, RMS, HRM, CMS, content, BTP, payments. We're a small, opinionated team across Cologne and Berlin, building for owner-operators across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Why now
Local operators should not need enterprise implementation teams.
The tools are mature, but the stack is fragmented. Payments know one thing, the POS another, the booking system another, and the website another. Kotao exists to make the operating system itself the product.
